Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in its unbroken original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 30 business days to your original method of payment.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

• Hair tiaras & hair combs (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process

1. Contact us to initiate a return.

2. Securely package the item, including all original packaging and proof of purchase.

3. Ship the package to the return address provided by our team.

Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, please check with your bank or credit card provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

• If you still have not received your refund, please contact us whilst we try to rectify the issues.
